ABOUT THE FOUNDER
Haig Barsamian is not just a real estate agent; he's a real estate investor, a consultant, an advisor, and often becomes a friend to many of his clients. He is also the founder of three prosperous real estate and mortgage companies.
In the early 1980s, Haig began his journey in the real estate market as an investor, holding both single-family and multi-family residential properties. His passion for the real estate sector, coupled with the insights he acquired as an investor, propelled him to embark on a real estate brokerage career in 1989.
Renowned in the real estate industry, Haig is celebrated not only for his exceptional negotiating abilities but also for the meticulous due diligence he applies to each transaction.
In 2008, he established Barsam & Associates, a real estate advisory and brokerage firm. At that time, his main role was to serve as a third-party advisor to law firms and real estate offices, aiding them with distressed transactions and foreclosure properties.
With 35 years as a real estate investor, agent, advisor, and counselor, Haig handles every deal with the greatest level of care and precision. His expertise stems from hands-on experience, comprehensive preparation, and a sincere commitment to securing the best possible results for his clients.
OUR MANAGING PARTNER
Talien Barsamian grew up in the world of real estate. Having been helping her dad with the company since her early teenage years, her future in real estate was predestined.
Over the course of the last 14 years, she has played a role in the operations and client development for a bankruptcy and real estate law firm. This role has given her vast knowledge and experience in working with clients and dealing with the intricacies of complicated transactions.
She has a true passion for working with people and providing them with support they need as they navigate through the complexities of the real estate world.
Talien now lives in sunny Orange County trying to catch the sunset as much as possible. In her spare time, she enjoys dinners out with friends and family, serves as a Junior High Youth Leader at Mariner’s Church, golfs at The Ranch, and enjoys a pilates class or two.
