Common daily responsibilities of our Agents often include:

  • Daily prospecting for sellers and buyers which may include making calls of geographic farming
  • Learning market statistics and preparing thoughtful analysis of clients’ properties
  • Have a clear understanding of real estate contracts and deal point negotiations
  • Negotiating purchase and sales agreements
  • Negotiating Exclusive Listing Agreements
  • Marketing exclusive property listings
  • Maintaining a work calendar to keep track of transaction deadlines and escrow coordination.
  • Developing local market knowledge and industry trends
  • Networking with other industry professionals
  • Participating in ongoing training and skills-development workshops
