Common daily responsibilities of our Agents often include:
- Daily prospecting for sellers and buyers which may include making calls of geographic farming
- Learning market statistics and preparing thoughtful analysis of clients’ properties
- Have a clear understanding of real estate contracts and deal point negotiations
- Negotiating purchase and sales agreements
- Negotiating Exclusive Listing Agreements
- Marketing exclusive property listings
- Maintaining a work calendar to keep track of transaction deadlines and escrow coordination.
- Developing local market knowledge and industry trends
- Networking with other industry professionals
- Participating in ongoing training and skills-development workshops
